Oil Search engaged LogiCamms (now part of Quartex) to develop and host a dual-purpose solution: an internal Training Management System (TMS) with external-facing Learning Management System (LMS) capabilities.

Quartex worked closely with Oil Search to prepare a detailed functional specification for the Training Management System. This included a review of existing systems and business requirements to ensure the new platform could meet strict operational and compliance needs.
