Our Public Disclosures & Reporting solution now supports Mine Reconciliation—enabling structured governance, streamlined reporting, and clearer accountability across the full planning-to-shipping value chain.

This update introduces dedicated Mine Reconciliation functionality, providing data governance, reporting, and consolidation across multiple operational departments. A new classification type, Mine Recon, allows configuration of capture forms for one or multiple reconciliation periods. These can be assigned to different measurement nodes—such as Resource Model, Grade Control Model, and Mill Received—ensuring each stage of the value chain is properly represented.

A key update to the Serko integration restores full automation between our People Logistics and Rostering solution and Serko Online—enabling organisations to book hundreds of commercial flights simultaneously with complete accuracy and control. This enhancement re-establishes seamless communication across FIFO travel workflows, ensuring large-scale group bookings, confirmations, and updates are processed automatically and synchronised in real time between both systems.
What’s new:
The integration between our People Logistics and Rostering solution and Serko Online has been restored, enabling organisations to once again benefit from the automated synchronisation of flight data, traveller profiles, and itineraries. This fix ensures flight booking requests flow directly from our solution into the Serko Online Booking Tool (OBT) without manual intervention. Once bookings are confirmed, the solution automatically updates itineraries and rosters—streamlining travel coordination across sites and reducing administrative load.

The integration enables travel coordinators to book hundreds of commercial flights simultaneously without manual data entry, while automatic syncing ensures that all corresponding itineraries and statuses are updated in real time, including confirmations and cancellations. Our solution intelligently pairs home-to-work and work-to-home flights, giving administrators complete visibility of travel cycles and helping identify cost-effective booking patterns.
