Supporting global workforces with multi-language experiences

Multi-language support within our People Logistics and Rostering solution

Overview:
We’ve expanded multi-language support within our People Logistics & Rostering solution to better support global deployments and diverse workforces, enabling organisations to deliver a more accessible and inclusive user experience across regions.

What’s new:
Multi-language capability is now available and can be displayed in Spanish, Portuguese, and French, with all system labels, navigation, dashboards, and workflows translated accordingly. Language selection is handled via device or application-level configuration – automatically applying in environments where the operating system or mobile device language is set, and supported via localisation tooling where required. Core data values remain unchanged, ensuring data integrity while allowing the user interface to adapt to the user’s preferred language.

Why it matters:
This enhancement supports organisations operating across North and South America and parts of Europe by reducing language barriers and improving usability for frontline workers. By separating interface language from core data, the platform maintains reporting consistency while enabling faster adoption, smoother onboarding, and greater confidence for users working in their native language – without introducing deployment delays when additional languages are required.

One View for Smarter Operational Decisions

Real-Time Operational Control in our People Logistics & Rostering solution

Overview:
We’re introducing a new dashboard to our People Logistics & Rostering solution, a redesigned operational control centre that brings transport, accommodation, cleaning and capacity insights together in one real-time view.

What’s new:
Teams can monitor live transport movements, occupancy levels, room readiness and cleaning progress, drill down by location or camp, and take action directly from the dashboard using built-in links and quick actions. Forward-looking trend views allow users to analyse movements and capacity over time, supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning.

Why it matters:
By consolidating insight and action into a single interface, the dashboard reduces operational complexity and removes key blind spots across workforce accommodation and transport management. Teams can spot capacity risks earlier, respond faster to disruptions, and make smarter planning decisions based on live data rather than assumptions.

The result is improved utilisation of accommodation and transport assets, fewer manual checks and reports, reduced operational risk during peak periods, and a more intuitive experience that aligns with how operational teams actually work.

Environmental Management at a Glance

Overview:
We’re introducing a new dashboard to our Environmental Management solution — a new, site-level view designed to give environmental and site teams immediate visibility of environmental performance, risks and trends in one place.

What’s new:
Teams can quickly identify missed or overdue sampling, distinguish between runs that couldn’t be completed versus those not yet actioned, monitor the reliability of automated lab integrations, and view alerts with full context and inline commentary. Interactive water and air quality charts allow users to explore trends over time, zoom into specific periods, and analyse parameters directly from the dashboard without switching screens.

Why it matters:
The dashboard shifts teams from reactive reporting to proactive environmental management. Critical issues and emerging trends are visible earlier, field and laboratory workflows are easier to prioritise, and sampling and compliance gaps can be addressed before they escalate into incidents or regulatory risk.

With easier access to a single source of truth for site-level environmental performance, the dashboard enables faster decision-making, stronger accountability across teams, and greater confidence that environmental risks are being actively managed.

Power smart mobility V2

Improving our user experience

Strengthening workforce connectivity and control through integration

Overview:
We’ve introduced a new profile sync between our People Logistics & Rostering and Site Access & Onboarding solutions, delivering seamless, end-to-end workforce management for organisations operating in remote and high-risk environments.

What’s new:
The profile sync connects our Workforce Management suite to synchronise workforce data across engagement, onboarding, training, travel, accommodation, rostering, and site access. When an employee, contractor, or visitor completes registration in the Site Access & Onboarding solution, a corresponding profile is automatically created in our People Logistics & Rostering solution. Onboarding and training completions are reflected in real time, profile disconnections trigger inactivity in our People Logistics & Rostering solution, and any changes to onboarding or training status are immediately flagged—ensuring both systems remain continuously aligned without manual intervention.

Why it matters:
By enabling real-time data synchronisation across both platforms, the profile sync reduces administrative overhead, improves data accuracy, and strengthens operational control. Workforce and site teams gain greater confidence that only appropriately onboarded and trained individuals are scheduled, accommodated, and granted site access—supporting safer operations and more efficient workforce logistics at scale.

Simplifying site access through mobile-first experiences

Overview:
We’re introducing a new mobile application for our Site Access & Onboarding solution, designed to make worksite access faster, simpler, and more accessible for employees, contractors, and visitors—directly from their mobile device.

What’s new:
The mobile app provides on-the-go access to essential site entry and compliance features. Users can manage sign-in and sign-out, verify their location within a defined radius, identify the nearest worksite, search for specific locations, check workflow and onboarding status prior to entry, and access a digital Sitepass ID card at any time. The app also includes direct links to support content, ensuring help is always close at hand.

Why it matters:
By extending the desktop functionality to mobile, organisations can streamline site access while reducing friction for the workforce. The app improves accuracy, visibility, and compliance at the point of entry, without the need to print our QR codes or set up a kiosk at site entry, helping site teams maintain more control while delivering a more intuitive and more efficient user experience for everyone arriving on site.

Reducing manual effort with automated disclosure data imports

Overview:
We’re making it easier and safer to move data in our Public Disclosures & Reporting solution by automating how spreadsheet-based information is ingested, validated, and governed. This update allows teams to use the spreadsheets and system exports they already rely on, while ensuring data is captured consistently, accurately, and under administrative control.

What’s new:
Customers can upload Excel or CSV files — including internal templates or exports from source systems — and our Public Disclosures & Reporting solution will automatically map the information into the correct fields, apply validation checks, and load the results consistently based on administrator-configured upload templates for each reporting area.

Why it matters:
This capability reduces reliance on manual re-entry and ad hoc spreadsheet handling, improving data quality and consistency across reporting cycles. Our Public Disclosures & Reporting solution helps teams scale data capture with fewer errors, stronger governance, and greater confidence in the integrity of reported outcomes – without forcing changes to upstream systems or existing workflows.
