Adelaide Airport Limited (AAL), operator of both Adelaide Airport and Parafield Airport, manages a wide range of services—from airline operations and retail to infrastructure and ground transport. With over 200 employees and hundreds of contractors, the airport is preparing for more than $1 billion in growth over five years.

After evaluating multiple contractor management platforms, AAL selected Quartex for its ability to automate inductions, monitor licenses, and manage compliance across hundreds of contractors and site stakeholders.

“The primary purpose was to streamline our process so contractors on-site receive health and safety induction training—and we can identify who is on-site in real time,” said Michelle.

In 2023, AAL expanded Quartex’s site access & onboarding solution to include visitor management, creating one unified system to monitor and manage everyone accessing airport facilities.

“Now all visitors and contractors to AAL sites are managed through one central system,” Michelle noted.
