Maintenance scheduling and vehicle booking are now integrated, allowing teams to manage both within a unified interface. The tool provides clearer visibility of vehicle availability by factoring in planned maintenance activities, helping to reduce booking conflicts and improve utilisation. By aligning maintenance requirements with booking workflows, organisations can proactively manage downtime and ensure vehicles are only allocated when compliant with preventive maintenance schedules.

We’ve introduced an optional self-service capability in our People Logistics and Rostering mobile app, enabling selected workers to check themselves into and out of their allocated rooms directly from their mobile device. This enhancement supports a more streamlined and flexible accommodation experience across sites.
What’s new:
Eligible workers can now complete room check-in and check-out via the app, with clear confirmation messages and automatic updates reflected in the desktop solution. The feature supports multiple bookings and room moves, ensuring the correct actions are presented based on booking status. It is configurable at a worker profile level and remains disabled by default, with access controlled by site administrators.

We’ve delivered a series of enhancements to the Bulk Room Move functionality in our People Logistics and Rostering solution , focused on improving how large volumes of camp bookings are managed. These updates provide greater control, flexibility, and efficiency when coordinating bulk room allocations across sites.
What’s new:
A new Bulk Room Move interface is available, allowing users to search bookings and execute multi-resident moves in one action. The system suggests available destination rooms, supports pre-move review and adjustment, and provides a clear summary of successful and unsuccessful moves, ensuring availability-aware processing.

We’ve introduced a new Spider chart type within the dashboard of our MRMR disclosures solution, providing a more visual and intuitive way to analyse how Mineral Resources respond to price changes.

A new radar chart visualisation allows users to compare positive and negative percentage deviations across Tonnes, Metal Content, and Grade in a single view. The chart leverages existing deviation measures, supports multiple series, and includes interactive elements such as legends and tooltips, while fully respecting standard resource disclosure filters and configurations.

We’ve delivered a series of targeted security and platform improvements focused on reducing risk and strengthening resilience across our platform.
What’s new:
We’ve systematically eliminated critical and high-severity vulnerabilities surfaced through internal security reviews and external penetration testing, getting ahead of risk well before it has a chance to impact the platform. We’ve also tackled security-related technical debt head-on, raising the overall health baseline of the platform. In parallel, enhancements to deployment processes are enabling more reliable and consistent releases, supported by a continued focus on platform stability.

These improvements materially strengthen the platform’s security posture while reducing the likelihood of disruption from vulnerabilities or unstable releases.
